Looking for inspiration?
In my field of work, many things are happening. Below, you will find a list of inspirations related to the IT workplace, which I sometimes refer to.
Please read the Scrumguide by Jeff Sutherland & Ken Schweber, the creators of Scrum; Scrum is an empirical process, where decisions are based on observation, experience and experimentation. Scrum has three pillars: transparency, inspection and adaptation. This supports the concept of working iteratively.
